Knowdyssey provides a daily learning experience with short lessons, quizzes, progress tracking, bookmarks, and related educational features. You may use Knowdyssey only if you can form a binding agreement with us and only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law.

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate account information, keep your login credentials secure, and notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account unless it results from our failure to use reasonable security measures.

Knowdyssey is not intended for children under 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use Knowdyssey only with permission from a parent or guardian.

Knowdyssey is for general educational and informational purposes. Lessons, quizzes, summaries, and related materials are not professional, legal, medical, financial, or academic advice. We aim for accuracy and clarity, but we do not guarantee that every piece of content will be complete, current, or error-free.

You agree not to misuse Knowdyssey or interfere with other users, the product, or its infrastructure.

• Do not attempt to access accounts, systems, or data that you are not allowed to access.
• Do not scrape, crawl, overload, reverse engineer, or disrupt Knowdyssey except where permitted by law.
• Do not use Knowdyssey to transmit malware, spam, abusive content, or unlawful material.
• Do not copy, resell, or commercially exploit Knowdyssey without permission.
• Do not remove ownership notices or misrepresent your connection to Knowdyssey.

Knowdyssey, including its name, branding, interface, lesson structure, software, graphics, and original content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Knowdyssey for learning.

If you send ideas, feedback, bug reports, or suggestions, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation. This helps us improve Knowdyssey while keeping product development simple.

Knowdyssey may include links, embeds, videos, or resources from third parties. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices, or terms.

We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue parts of Knowdyssey at any time. We may also update these Terms as the product evolves. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, such as posting a notice or updating the date on this page.

You may stop using Knowdyssey at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for others, or used the service unlawfully. After termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.

Knowdyssey is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Knowdyssey and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of or inability to use Knowdyssey.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Knowdyssey's operating entity is established, without regard to conflict of law rules, unless applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.
